HirShabelle State to hold today elections of two seats of the House of People
Somalia's HirShabelle state is today set to hold elections for two contested seats in Beletweyne town.
According to HirShabelle State Elections Implementation Team, candidates contesting for the two seats that are up for grabs include Banadir Regional Administration Secretary Hiirey, former MP Ibrahim Habeb.
Former Somali Minister of Education, Abdullahi Godah Barre is also among those contesting to defend their seats.
