Somalia condemns Yemeni drone attack on Abu Dhabi that killed 3 people

Somalia has condemned the drone attack on Abu Dhabi that left at least three people dead on Monday. After the drone attack which triggered a fuel tank blast, Yemen's Houthi rebels claimed responsibility and warned civilians and foreign firms in the UAE to avoid "vital installations".  Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia, Abdisaid Muse Ali condemned the drone attack on Abu Dhabi and expressed deep condolences to the victims and their families ''I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in AbuDhabi. On behalf of the Federal Government of Somalia. We stand in solidarity with the people of UAE,'' minister Abdisaid said. Three people working for oil giant Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) died as three petrol tanks exploded near a storage facility.  Tjhe drone attack was claimed by Yemen's Houthi rebels targeting and sparked a fire at Abu Dhabi's international airport.  Several people were also wounded at an industrial area where Abu Dhabi's state-owned energy company runs a pipeline network and an oil tanker storage facility. The police said they suffered minor to moderate injuries.
