The armed militia led by Col.
Abdullahi Barre Elmi, a Somali National Army commander who was recently dismissed, took over major government institutions on Sunday night.

He also indicated that they will not take any further action to aggravate the current situation in Beledweyne.
A delegation led by Hirshabelle leader, Ali Gudlawe is expected to arrive in Beledweyne but no official statement over the fate of the trip was by Hirshabelle state authorities..
