Abdullahi Hussein Gudlawe of HirShabelle State has named a select committee for the flooding caused by the Shabelle River. The sixteen-member committee will be chaired by the state Minister for Interior, Mohamed Ali Caadle, who will be deputised by Mohamed Omar Ceymoy. Members include Salah Mohamed Hassan, Mohamud Wabar Hassan, Asho Khalif Mohamed, Jama Hussein Hashi, Mohamud Sheikh Ali, Adan Bare Mohamed, Abdiweli Sheikh Ali, Abdulqadir Abdulle, Abdi Mahad Abdille Qoorgaab, Abdi Macaan Mohamed, Ali Jeyte Isman, and Ahmed Meyar Makaran.
