Somali PM arrives in Mogadishu after perfoming Umrah in Saudi Arabia
Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble left Jeddah and returned back to the capital, Mogadishu after performing Umrah at Saudi Arabia.
At King Abdulaziz International Airport, he was seen off by Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, and a number of officials.
''Somali Prime Minster HE Mohamed Hussein Roble and members of his delegation have returned to home this evening after performing the Umrah in the holly Maka Al-mukaramah,'' spokesperson of the Federal Government of Somalia Mohamed Moalimuu said in a tweet.
Roble, alongside a number of Somali and were seen performing the tawaf, as well as coming out of the Holy Kaaba.
Umrah is an optional but recommended pilgrimage to Makkah that can be made at any time of the year.
