MPs Plot To Oust PM Roble Over Poll Snag
Somalia's lower house of parliament is planning impeach Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble amid polical crisis in Somalia. According to reliable sources MPs are planning to oust Roble in upcoming scheduled Saturday session. Sources have revealed that Roble will be ousted of not fulfilling promises to take the country to an election of one man one vote. Last year July the Somali parliament removed former prime minister Hassan Ali Kheyre with no confidence vote. The former prime minister was accused of failing to take the country into an election. Somali lawmakers approved Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble last year September. The presidential and parliamentary elections in Somalia were originally scheduled to begin late last year. Farmaajo’s term officially expired in February.
