Kenya closes All Mosques in Eastleigh Over Caronovirus
Somali religious leaders in Eastleigh in Nairobi have announced on Sunday that all mosques and buildings for Islamic religious activities and worship in the area have been closed following orders from the Kenyan government. Sheikh Mohamed Umal the chairman of clerics of union in Eastleight told the media that they closed the mosques after the order of the Kenyan government .
Kenya has confirmed eight more cases of coronavirus bringing the total to 15.
In a briefing, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said the patients, who comprise five Kenyans, two French nationals and a Mexican, have been isolated, as the 363 passenger who came in contact with them are being traced.
