Somalia Minister Resigns To Protest Robow Arrest
Somalia's minister of Public Works Abdifatah Mohamed Ibrahim has tendered his resignation to Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire to protest the arrest of South West State presidential candidate Mukhtar Robow. Speaking to the Press in Mogadishu Ibrahim said he opted to resign because he was against the Farmaajo administration treatment on candidate Robow. Ibrahim criticised the federal government of interfering in the South West State elections. Robow was arrested on Thursday for allegedly reneging on an agreement with the Federal Government of Somalia.
