Rendition of Qalbi Dhagah "Illegal" Parliament Report Says

The Somali Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on Saturday released a report on the probe of the controversial arrest and rendition of Ethiopian rebel leader   Abdikarim Muse Qalbi Dhagah. The report says that the rendition  on August 28 to Ethiopia was "illegal". Ethiopian and Somali authorities had collaborated in the arrest and rendition of the ONLF leader. Ethiopia has branded the rebel group based in the Somali region 5 as a terrorist group. The Commission's report says ONLF is not a "terrorist" organisation. Somalia's spy agency is blamed in the report for giving "wrong"  information that led to the arrest and rendition of Qalbi Dhagah. NISA is blamed for not informing the Judiciary on the case.
